Georgie Ritchie
Director & Advanced Practitioner
GEELONG & BENDIGOI am committed to listening to my participants and understand their goals and needs. I enjoy sharing this insight, to enable collaborative outcomes that fit my participants goals and needs. You can expect authentic and safe connections and engagement.
My passion for leading a team to develop and grow in the sector will also show in the in the respectful, quality and effective services our team provide.
With over 17 years in the field across government, non government and private practice, I am grateful and proud to contribute to the disability sector.
I have a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology (Honours), Masters in Education in Behaviour Analysis and am a Certified Behaviour Analyst.
Outside of work, Georgie spends time with family and friends, getting into nature and hanging out with her fur baby Lola a busy border collie!
A bit about the business journey….Georgie is excited to expand positive behaviour support across Bendigo and Geelong. In 2020, Georgie established Behaviour Support Services Pty Ltd t/a Positive Behaviour Support Bendigo. Expansion sees the business now trading as Behaviour Support Services across Bendigo and Geelong areas.

Isabella Pearse
Practitioner
GEELONGI am passionate about providing quality support and helping achieve positive outcomes for participants.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and Criminology, and my background includes experience in compliance and education support. Outside of work, I love spending time with my dogs Nala and Jonah, beach days, staying active, and catching up with friends and family.
In my role at Behaviour Support Services I have gained experience in; person centred decision making, collaborating with key stakeholders, assessment and planning tasks as well as data informed decision making.
Trauma informed service delivery is a passion area and I enjoy the ongoing learning and development opportunities to support participants living with diverse support needs.
I enjoy supporting children who demonstrate challenging behaviours to understand the function and implement strategies. In particular, I enjoy getting to know them to bring about a positive outcome.

Lauren Walker
Practitioner
BENDIGOHi, I’m Lauren! I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science and am a Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner. I grew up in Echuca and love camping on the Murray river, spending time with my 14yo dog Marley, music (especially Fleetwood Mac), travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
I have worked in the mental health, youth and addiction sector for the past 14 years, bringing a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to my practice. I love empowering others to live life their way and ensuring their voice is heard. I focus on building trusting relationships, creating safety, and helping people find practical ways to reduce risk.
I believe that working collaboratively with the individual and their supports is crucial to ensuring a consistent approach to behaviour. I am excited to start working with Behaviour Support Services and look forward to working with you.

Tanya Chhillar
Behaviour Support Practitioner
GEELONGI am a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in Psychological Sciences and experience working with individuals with diverse and complex needs.
I am currently undertaking a Master’s in Counselling, which further informs my compassionate, person-centred approach.
I am passionate about supporting individuals to build skills, increase independence, and enhance their overall wellbeing through positive behaviour support.
