Positive Behaviour Support Services

Evidence-based Behaviour Support across Geelong & Bendigo

Behaviour Support Services delivers Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to individuals, families and support teams across Geelong and Bendigo.

As an NDIS aligned provider, we work alongside participants to understand behaviour, reduce behaviours of concern, and build the skills needed for a safe, meaningful and independent life.

We take a practical, person-centred approach grounded in evidence & respect.

  • We empower ability by building strengths and capability

  • We affirm neurodivergence through inclusive, respectful practice

  • We support informed decision making by working collaboratively with participants and their teams

Our focus is not just on behaviour, but on improving overall quality of life.

We listen and support safety, we make an interim plan. The plan also meets the NDIS needs.

    Functional Behaviour Assessments

We work together to understand what our participant wants and needs what they want to say. We write an assessment about that. The assessment also meets the NDIS needs.

  • Multiple hands holding colorful puzzle pieces coming together to form a circle.

    Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan

We make a plan together, it says what our participant wants to say and what they want and need. We suggest skills for life and how to help participants thrive. The plan also meets the NDIS needs.

    Implementation & Capacity Building

The plan comes to life, we build the changes together and focus on positive outcomes and a good life. We track change together and ask how are we doing? This process also meets the NDIS needs.
